Bootstrap a developer's WSL machine and scaffold a new standalone Nexus API automation project. Installs Go, configures SSH access to the private nexus-api-test-utils module, then clones and customizes the template repo into a runnable project with sample suites. Supports two modes — Azure-enabled (Key Vault + UMID, self-hosted runner) and plain (direct env-file secrets).
