Normalize user-facing text in a Kairos component - enforce sentence case in UI labels (no title case, e.g. "Source configuration" not "Source Configuration"), replace em-dashes (—) with hyphens (-) in displayed strings and null-value placeholders, and fix user-facing "id"/"Id" labels to "ID". Works across Kairos web layouts (web/src or web/app/src). Use when the dev says "text polish", "fix capitalization", "sentence case", "fix em-dashes", "normalize UI text", or when a frontend em-dash ESLint gate (no-restricted-syntax) fails.
